answering your questions!
i'm not quite sure what you mean with strategy. You mean opening and middlegame right? I would just tip in the openings name on Google, then you will get lots of important informations, otherwhise there are many good and intsructive videos on Youtube.
1. Stop playing e4, not a good idea usually for beginners, d4 is easier to handle 2. Try to look for a game plan, so first win space in the center with pawns, get your pieces out and castle to get the king safe, and then try to creat weaknesses on your opponents side( like weak squares, bad pawn structure etc.) and get advantages on your side ( for instance try to win the Bishop pair if the position is open).
i would try Caro Kann(c6) against e4 and QGD against everything else, but you have to decide if your more aggro or positional
and just one more question. whenever someone throws there queen out offensively for there opening i dont know what to do
