I use the cheas dojo training program. The program itself is well structured and out together by IM Pruess, GM Kraai and IM Kostya.

The best part is the community on discord which frankly makes it worth it. Regular game analysis. Organised classical games, calculation training. All kinds of activities! Both in your cohort and a broader group of better/lower rated players.
