Attack or Defense?

I see when playing with boys that it’s okay to play slow but when I play against online players that I get checkmated in like 15 moves with no time to develop.

I looked at your games. The reason why you can't develop is because you do not really develop properly. You push pawns and you play with the same piece twice without reason. You attack with your knights for instance without support when you have no other pieces developed, and you are hanging pieces left and right allowing them to be taken. The last thing is because you play fast games. You play 10 minutes per side which is too fast to improve form most of us. Not only that but in those games you use 2 minutes for instance. It is no wonder you can't play without hanging pieces. If you wish to improve, the shortest time control you should play is 15|10, and you need to use that time. There is no point in playing longer games if you still finish your game after you used 2 minutes.

I will analyze one of your recent games to show you what I mean.

I've used one of your games to show you what you should do in the opening. Note that it will not be this easy every time because your opponent will play moves that might force you to react. For instance if he is about to checkmate you, you will have to deal with it, so sometimes you will have to break the principles if necessary. And not moving the same piece twice must be broken if your piece is about to be captured for free. But if you play the game in a good fashion, these principles will generally serve you good.
