Beginner Birds Openings?

At the beginner level you can play anything in the opening. The best thing would be to develop good habits. You can do this by playing in accordance with the opening principles. 1. f4 does exert influence on the center. That is in accordance with opening principles. However, it doesn't help you to develop your pieces. That's not so good about it. That's why a move like 1. e4 or 1. d4 is preferable. If you play chess to improve as fast as you can, I wouldn't suggest playing the Bird. But if you're also playing for fun and are into playing irregular openings, why not?

You have bigger problems than the concrete name of the opening. Last 3 games, for instance, you've hung your queen a few times, sometimes the opponent didn't even take it.
This tells me that 10|0 is probably too fast for now. My advice is to better use your time as well (you sometimes use too little of your time, as you play 10|0 and often you are left with 5-6 minutes in the end). Even better it would be to play longer games, if you wish to improve. If you just wish to play some games, and improvement is not a priority, play whatever time control you like best.
As for the opening, try to learn opening principles and implement them in your games. That plus blunder prevention and playing slower is bound to make you better in the long run.
As for Bird's opening, I am not saying that you can't make it work, I mean there is no 1 single way to learn chess, however, it is an opening that doesn't develop a central pawn (though it affects a central square) nor a piece. On top of it all, it slightly weakness your king on move 1. It is a safe bet that you may lose some games due to it.
I would advise you to either play 1.e4 or 1.d4, and to gradually build what you will play in the first 3-5 moves against different responses from black. Don't try to memorize moves, just play games and look opening explorer after the game, if you wish, and see if there was some major mistake afterwards in the analysis.
Ultimately though, it is your decision. If the improvement is not that important, and you like playing 1.f4, well so be it. Good luck with your games.
