beginner's cycle of chess I'm experiencing

1. anger / frustration that one cannot win ( usually 4-3 streak of losses )

2. that turns in to humility/ patience and longer games & longer and more careful thoughts

3. that often leads to 8~12 streaks of wins

4. one turns arrogant again (  playing fast games looking for fast and easy wins ) , then stops thinking about his/her moves, plays shorter games and loses again and again ( back to 1. )

just look at my history, it's an alternation of mostly winning/ mostly loosing

Sounds to me like a stop-loss system would help you, or perhaps even learning about the different types of tilt and how to manage that. Here are two videos of mine which may help:
