best advice how to play trash
Move only one pawn (A2) till you can't move it anymore or it is taken. Then B2 and do the same. Rinse, repeat. Might be fun.

1. Don’t control the center. Don’t try to control anything. 2. Don’t develop your pieces. Leave them in their original spots. 3. Don’t protect your king. Charge your king at your opponent to show his bravery.

1. Play Bongcloud. 2. Hang a checkmate. 3. If the opponent doesn't see it, hang all your pieces.
4. March your king into the enemy territory

@DejarikDreams.. yeah but which pawn should the OP move to get his king out for a charge?
Any of the three pawns in front of the king and moved one space should do.
Edit: The best choice is probably the king’s bishop pawn.

Move night out then put it back on its original spot
Yes. I considered adding 4. Move the same piece over and over.

Study, learn, and apply opening principles. Making sure you check thoroughly every possible move, and to completion, solve tons and tons of puzzles. Do analysis on every game. Go back and restudy past games. Study middle and ends games. As you progress, hire a coach and spend hundreds/thousands of dollars learning. Years later when you are very good/excellent, you will better understand what good moves are. Then you will be better able to spot and play trash moves, with less good move errors.
Good luck.
