Different openings have different styles of play. So an opening that's good for one person may not be good for you. I personally like e4 openings because of the tactical opportunities.

Chess Openings Tier Lists by GM Hikaru Nakamura and IM Levy Rozman
Chess openings are rated in terms of their appropriateness vis-a-vis player skill level - i.e., beginner vs intermediate vs GM’s, etc. They frequently refer to some openings as "garbage" or "bad" (an unfortunate choice of terms). However, these qualifiers are meant to convey how appropriate the specific opening is for the level of player being discussed, in terms of, for example, how much so-called "theory" (i.e., documented variations) the opening encompasses, or how much emphasis the opening places on positional versus tactical skills in order to play it well.
So, an opening they refer to as "garbage" for a beginner may in fact be appropriate for higher rated players who typically know more of the theory for particular openings and have a more highly developed understanding of positional concepts. For each of the openings discussed be sure, also, to pay attention to whether the evaluation is from White’s or Black’s perspective...

Openings do not matter at your level games are decided by blunders, not by the opening.
To answer your question: Ruy Lopez, Queen's Gambit, Sicilian Defence, and Grünfeld are probably the 'best' openings in terms of being preferred by top grandmasters.

Now I think that if you are a beginner... try to master Sicilian defense.
It is enough for Blake at the start of the learning Chess.

Agreed. The main point of an opening is to get you a middlegame position that you like. If you enjoy sharp, complicated play, some openings to consider are: the Slav Defense, KID, Sicilian, Ruy Lopez (as white), Modern Benoni, etc.
If you prefer slower play, you might enjoy the QID, Orthodox QGD, Caro-Kann, Catalan/QG (as white), etc.
In general though, just don't blunder pieces and you should be fine for now.
I completely agree with #4, Viznik. Play e4, develop your minor pieces to good, active squares (e.g. Nf3, Bc4,) get castled. It's important that you get exposed to tactical play (in the Italian opening against the weak f7-quare, for example). This is also why I wouldn't recommend a certain "system" opening (London, Colle etc). While they are relatively easy to learn, there isn't so much to learn as you get the same type of position over and over again.

And the "best" openings to avoid when you are a 400-rated beginner!
