i have this app that trains me to familiarize chess square notations

it has four modes:

1) Look for a square from white's perspective

2) Name a square from white's perspective

3) Look for a square from black's perspective

4) Name a square from black's perspective

is it more effective effective if i focus first on a single mode? or can i just do, lets say, doing 5 or 10 tries on each mode?

I don't think any systematic study has been done.
