Is playing with computer (rating 700) easier then playing against someone whose rating is around 300? I hope this is not stupid question but i always win when i'm playing against computer but just cant beat anyone else.

I think it's about the same! It would probably help to get some guidance from a coach or stronger players. I'm currently offering free 30 minutes sessions for players who want to improve. Message me if you are interested.
