Can someone help me with finding what I should improve on?

I just keep losing and can't find what I should improve on. I've been following Chessbrah's building habits series for the first two parts (400-700 elo I think) and I've been trying to only focus on good (centre) development, not hanging pieces and taking hanging pieces. But still, I get clapped by these 400-500 elo players like it's nothing. I have no idea what I should be focusing on. Could someone help me a bit with this?

Idk how to share PGN files but I'll drop the games on comments. If someone knows a better way let me know!

Also, I know some of these are resigns and I know I shouldn't be doing that. It's mostly because I've been very much down on material and frustrated.

Chess.com lessons are very good and also use the analysis tool. Important to know endings, can you easily win with rook and king vs king? Try the puzzles to improve awareness. Player longer chess like ten mins to reduce blunders for now. Chose an opening, doesn’t really matter which but main central ones best for beginners, keep playing that and learn what to do and not to do. To win you do have to attack so are you trying to win a pawn or fork then or going for their king with pawn moves with pieces supporting? Learning end games, a solid opening, some tactics will all help. If you find me available we could play and comment on each other’s moves as we go along or after match. I’m no master but can probably give some pointers to help you get to 1000+
You can improve and easily if take most of above advice especially endings and selecting an opening

You should probably get your priorities straight while playing.
Most lower level players tend to focus on material - but kingside attacks and potential mating patterns are far more important. There's also positional development.
At your level, losing a rook or other piece often doesn't matter so much because you can still set up an attack. And then there's tactics and trickery.
If you manage to post a few PGNs we will give specific advice.

Play a few games here, so that people can see what went wrong and help you.

Your focus is spot on: develop towards the center, don’t hang pieces and take hanging pieces.

No analyse every game you play on these 3 topics. If you fail on one of the 3 topics try to see why. That’s it. You will get better at it.

Seriously, what is going on in here? It happens again and again when an account appears to be a human all right, and then they drop the " I got this..." spam post, looking like a spambot. Can someone explain what is going on? Are these spambots who hack into abandoned accounts or what?
