I wanna expand my opening repertoire a bit and im learning the vienna right now, but I just wanna make sure if it's alright to play when you're a beginner

Of course. Definitely playable at beginners’ level. Now go back to your study and beat many beginners with your vienna. Good luck 😉

The Vienna Gambit is pretty effective up to about 1500 level. Above that black usually knows the main lines very well and white is not really any better than black.

Absolutely. Vienna / Vienna Gambit excellent opening choice as white.

I’d be so happy if all my games as white started e4 e5.

A generalized form of the statement is that an opening is not as effective when your opponent knows your opening better than you do.  This begs the corollary - an opening's effectiveness improves with how much better you know it than your opponent does.  Implied as well is that this is especially true for opening principles.

" white is not really any better than black"
++ That applies to any opening.
