Capturing my opponents queen

played a game earlier today and in the analysis after it told me I could've captured a free queen (see screenshots). I don't understand why the white queen was free and why the white king couldn't take back. Any explanations would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
Logic dictates that it is better to post a diagram like this (it takes some time to find a game manually), plus your screenshot is not complete, one whole rank is missing.
Anyway, inside a diagram there is an explanation. Basically you get material advantage (plus you have more active pieces along with the opponent's unsafe king). After your move, the opponent can play Ne3 and save his queen at least.
