Hello, I wanted to ask a question, I have heard in many videos that the centre is important in chess. Can anyone please explain me how to take advantage when to manage to have a good centre. Thx
First of all, immediately try to gain the center of the board.For white, moves like e4, d4 and Nf3 are good for positional advantage.For black,moves like e5,d5 and Nc6 are good moves. It might sound easy and all,but having a good center contributes to a successful win in chess.And don't forget to protect your king by castling. Hope tis was helpful! ;)
