Chess Analyzing Tool Question

Hi There,

I have watched streamers analyze their games and I was wondering how they do something. When they are cycling through the moves in the game, they will show a little icon right next to the piece that moved. For example if the pawn would move to E4 and it was a blunder, it would show a little "?!" Next to the pawn. Does anyone know how to turn this one?

I'm assuming you mean the circular red ?? icon above the piece here:

Annotated piece with ?? blunder icon
Annotated piece with quality of move.

To see that, you need to be able to use the analysis tool, and you need to be on a computer.  (The option is not available on mobile, as far as I can tell.)  As a free user you can use the analysis tool once per day.  A gold membership or better lets you use it all you want.

Once you've analyzed the games, under the Analysis tab, in the upper right, there's a small gear icon for settings.  Click on it:

Analysis Screen: Settings are gear icon in upper right.
Analysis Settings

In the analysis settings, you want to make sure this choice is selected:

Show Move Classification On Board
Location of the Show Move Classification switch.
