chess board problems

This is going to sound odd. I am color blind and never had great color differentiation. On chess.com I have a difficult time picking up the different squares. I run out of time a lot because I have to line up the move. Does anyone else have this issue?

what do u mean line up, ill try to find a solution for u, maybe i can mark each color with visuals

that sounds bad, i thought colour blind was the squares were black and white

i dont really understand it so i must do some research on it before making a texure pack

ok so i have a few ideas, so i can either make shapes or letters (hopefully big enough to see but small enough to not be in the way) or make a border around each piece using colors that is easily distinguishable to all colour blind, im thinking red and blue or yellow due to sin city types and etc and the colour but im feeling stupid and i feel like im missing something
You can change the colour of the board under your settings. Or are there no boards that work for you?
