Chess Toxicity and how to avoid it.
I think it's best to approach the game with a certain amount of humility. Dunking on your opponent is a little silly, when most likely, a game or two later, you'll make the same mistakes that you laughed at them for making.
I try to be in a frame of mind where I appreciate the game, and recognize when my opponent makes a good move. At the end of the day, toxic behavior only gets in the way of your chess improvement.
you mean toxic behavior?
I think soft people treat it, very seriously. in reality a lot of toxic people they aren't sensitive, and throw bunch of words, while you overanalyze them
so if they say "you're so tr*sh player" proably just want to know flustartion at you, and see if you would be mad. or they enjoy roasting each other.
I just find it funny, like a random dude saying k**l yourself, because he lost
.
I accually enjoy toxicity, I like when opponents have some character instead just pure void. like playing with stockfish, except makes human moves
This behavior is actually quite dangerous to your consistency in your games. I’d like to reference Count Dooku from Revenge of the Sith. “Twice the pride, double the fall.” This can represent how your game tilt is greatly enhanced once you lose in this toxic state.
Toxic behavior in the end is not fun for you or your opponents so go forward in your games with modest attitude and you’ll be rewarded greatly with high social respect.
