Closed group for 1200-1300 rating players

okay, i used to play chess in childhood, but have started playing again since last 3-4 months, thanks to Samay Raina. Have improved my rating to 1300 today but now i wish to improve my game with few selected friends. My idea is to create a closed group of abt 8-10 individuals (having rating 1200-1300) who also wish to improve their game. Comment if you are interested.

Why not a 1300-1400 group?
It looks like you only play players rated below you.
That is not a good long term strategy. With a 1305 rating in rapid, could you even belong to a 1200-1300 group?

No, he doesn't play players rated higher than he is.
At least not often.
I don't know if there is an option on chess.com to deliberately play against lesser opponents. Abort option is only received once in a while so u have to play the opponent u get or else u resign. Further, i meant 1200-1300 rated group at that time because I had not achieved 1300 rating at that time.

Your first post says you had already reached 1300.
