“Creating a Passed Pawn” lesson allows a pawn to move diagonal into an empty square?

I’m very new to chess, but the lesson 2/5 in “Creating a Passed Pawn” seems to be genuinely glitched up.

I took a screen grab, but don’t see how to post pictures.

If I remember correctly, the lesson says that you can move a pawn on D4 over to C3 despite there being no enemy pawn in C3. Am I missing something about how chess works or is this a legitimate glitch in the lessons section of the Chess.com app?

Correction, it’s from black’s perspective. E4 to F3, not attacking any pawn, just moving diagonal into an empty square.

Pawns can move that way. It’s called «En Passant». Probably in lesson 1 (How pieces move)

En Passant.

If a pawn that hasn't moved yet is moved two squares, going through an enemy pawn's capture square in the process, the enemy pawn may capture the other pawn though it had moved only one square on the very next turn (and ONLY on the very next turn).

Sometimes, this can be very handy:
