I was 900 in blitz, I returned after a while of not playing and now I am 400 in blitz. Did I get stupider? I have a headache when I try to think many moves ahead

At your rating I can assure you it's not a thinking many moves ahead problem. If you don't blunder pieces in 1 move and capture pieces that were blundered in one move you'll be exponentially better
