if you see a chess master on TV like levy rozman (that always sacrifice the rook) then you wonder if levy always sacrifice the rook , and sometimes win can you do it? . So this is accually a trapped question cause if you are a beginner you would lose 35% of your win rate but if you are a master you just gonna lose 21%-26% of win rate AND you should not even try sacrifice your queen in your 5-10 move you can read this in my chapter 1

A lot wrong with this. Its not about stats but winning opportunity. Not just winning the game but also getting a winning position. This means with the sole exception of the king you can and should sacrifice any piece that gives you a winning game. This is where being able to calculate comes in as a chess skill, work on that.
