Lazard Gambit/Budapest Trap. It's unsound, but works against lower-rated players.
The Blackburne Shilling Gambit can be played against the Italian. This works great against below 1000 folks and almost everyone falls for this.
Yeah but 4.0-0 or 4.N×d4 are very good for white.
