I am a 200 rated player but I can beat a 1200 bot why is my rating still 200

It’s not that you should be higher, bots play worse then their rating, I am 1500 and I’d never have an easy time against an 1800 person but I can against a bot. Bots intentionally lose the game at lower levels, while players always try to win.

You actually don't get elo from defeating bots. It's just to help you against higher rated players.

Bots are there to make you more active in these forums, the amount of people who follow think they should be 2000 because they beat a 2000 bot once is crazy, playing bots will only make you worse
