Everyone should know Scholar’s Mate

The Scholars mate is good to know, but you should never use it. It’s a terrible attack, and can easily be defended and punished.
I would only learn it so you can defend against it, but it is not that hard to defend against.

Indeed. There's a lot of instructive positions arising from the Scholar mate(s).
