I agree chess can be very frustrating. Chess online, even more so. Chess online might as well be considered a dehumanizing endeavor...

If you used to like something, and now you hate it, you need to start doing it with breaks - example: play chess for a week, and don't play it for 3 weeks. - to do that every month.
