game analysis

not sure if this should post here or game analysis, because it could be a question that fits both categories?
still a beginner and I will use the analysis engine after some games to spot anything I can understand, which usually I do not.
sometimes the engine says a move is a mistake, gives me the best move and when I click on it and play it thru, there are times when it would have ended up worse for me.
example would be move 16 I think, it says my Qd3 is bad and should have played Qe4 but that ends up with me losing my queen and possibly a rook?
