Recently I started playing back chess from 200 elo (I'm terrible) around 1 month ago and I'm now at 400 elo. I just had a game and in my game review it said I played like an 1150. Is that showing signs of improvement
Yes that indicates a reasonable game. Progress! Best thing to do is figure out why it was a more solid game. The ratings at the review are for one game, and aren't in my view indicative of your overall standard. My last was 1850, best Ive ever got and I've looked over my game in depth. It was at a good time for me, as I was questioning wether I deserved my rating. Having a good game that shows a respectable rating, whatever that is to the individual, is motivating but the key is to spend a few minutes evaluating. Well done!
And my last game I played at 550 and drew with a winning position through repetition.... 🙌😬😃 Crazy game

Game review saying you got 1150 just means you played 1 good game. Now you have to do that every single game if you want to get to 1150
