Have any tips for a low elo (not a beginner just not good) player like me?
Hi! I'm glad you want to get better in chess!

2. Also consider all checks and captures on your side and also your opponent’s side. Always as, “If I move here, where is my opponent going to move?”. Do this for every single move! Your goal is to never make any silly blunders!
yeah quit chess its not worth it
It is not helpful to ask to give up chess, beginners on low ELO are always learning. Chess helps improve cognitive functions, if they were to quit, they may not be able to find a way to improve it. Please make decisions next time.
