Not clear what you mean. Can you post just the line you mean to showcase? Do you mean the f4 line in general? That's the king gambit which used to be incredibly popular. Bobby Fischer is usually credited with refuting it at the GM level, but it's still incredibly powerful at all other levels. If you mean the resulting attack I don't think it has a particular name or concept applied to this line in particular.
Has anyone seen what is happening with the king side knight before? If so what is the strategy called?
