help with blitz

I've been playing consistently since around December (although I've had this account for years!) I'm around 1250 daily, 1100 rapid but only around 700 blitz. I've improved quite alot in daily and rapid has improved by 200+ since I switched to 30 min games. I just can't seem to increase my blitz rating and my rating varies between 650-750. puzzle rating now above 1500.
is there anything I can do to increase my blitz rating? any advice welcome.. thanks!

One rating really shouldn't be compared with another. Even within a ratings category, there are big differences between the strength of the players at the various time controls.
As you noted, your rating improved by almost 200 points when you switched from 10 minute games to 30 minute games. Part of the increase was hopefully due to improvement but a lot was probably owed to the difference between the players in the 10 minute pool and those in the 30 minute pool.
It would be easy enough to check. Start playing 10 minute rapid again and see what happens to your rating.
The 5|5 blitz category is evidently filled with sharks.
