You should create a diagram of the position and post it here using the 'FEN'. I'd love to help you but that challenge is locked for non premium members. I honestly didn't even know these existed on chess.c, but they seem like a really good learning resource. One idea I see at a glance is to make sure your opponent cant lock up the position, try to make a pawn break at some point or else black will have a 'fortress' position and you wont be able to put your extra knight to use.
