Depends what your problem is. Take a look at your games and try to find out where you 'lose it' in the middlegame. Did you calculate a line wrong? Where you simply to lazy to calculate a critical line? Did you ppponent attack you very aggressivly/ took the initiative and you didnt know how to answer his threats? There so many things which can go wrong here, so first find out for urself what your problems are.

SoullessforNoW, a student wouldn't know how to evaluate accurately their play and understanding of chess in the first place, wouldn't you agree?

A student doesn't know what he/she doesn't know!!

If a student can correctly identify their strengths and weaknesses, and accurately evaluate their play and general knowledge (or lack of), what's the point in a teacher? I think your teaching approach is invalid!

I gave him examples. If someone look over their games, he/she will see what general problems are. I dont think that you can play hundreds of games without getting some general understanding of your strengths/weaknesses/reasons why you lose some games. Just saying 'im weak in the middlegame' is not something i can give an constructive answer to. If you say ' i often miss forks of pawns' or ' i cant handle the Kings Indian Attack' or ' i often get checkmated when my opponent attacks on the kingside cause i get scared or cause i dont know how to defend/counterattack', these are problems we can work on.

I'm sure Barbossa would agree to that.

Im not a coach lol, i'll not run to everyone and check their games, especially if they didnt even ask me to do that.

I’d be appreciative of any feed back down the road. Thank-you.

Hello everyone. I wish to learn some lessons. Can someone suggest any youtube channel?

SoullessforNoW

I would recommend the Chessbrah-channel, GothamChess is of course pretty hyped now but indeed pretty instructive. Eric Rosen also makes good content.

Hi, this is a problem i (and almost everyone) also have. In general i can say that consistent training in Rapid and classical chess will make you better and more consistent in terms of avoiding blunders, Puzzle Rush can also help a lot.
