Hello beginners! So you're blundering your queen on the 2nd move? No problem, here's a way you can EASILY stop blundering!
There's something called the checklist, where you look for Checks, Captures, and Attacks before you move. I give credit to Gothamchess for teaching me about this checklist, but anyways, BEFORE YOU MAKE A MOVE, MAKE SURE YOUR OPPONENT HAS NO CHECKS, CAPTURES, AND ATTACKS, and see if you have any checks, captures, and attacks! Go through this process before each move you make, and make sure that you play defense if your opponent has any checks, captures, or attacks on you. Enjoy your chess journey!
