I am a 7 year old boy who recently started to get obsessed with chess. I want to improve my rating to 1600, but my biggest mistakes are blundering pieces (especially queens). Do you have any suggestions to improve my blundering?

Blundering in what sense? In a tactical combination or just hanging the queen with no complicated tactic for your opponent to see? This will help my answer

Hi Josh11live,

Hanging queen (and other pieces) with no complicated tactics. Sometimes blundering due to nice forks

What is #4

Do you see the numbers that are on the right side? You will see numbers with #s and the number next to them means what comment number they are.

Try playing Giveaway chess. Seriously, it helped me see obvious blunders before I make them. Even my CM coach said this.

I never thought of that. Thx.

It requires doing something that is boring. Picture the board after you move, then consider every possible response by your opponent.

In Daily Games, because you have to confirm each move, you don't have to just imagine the board after you've moved.

If you install an extension called "Move Confirm", you can do this for Live Games as well.

available for Chrome or Edge, chesscom-move-confirmation
