How do they have 2 queens?

I'm black they're white. I know if you get a Pawn across you can get another piece. That could be how they got a queen, but two queens?

I think it's not crazyhouse, then how did white be able to kill black's queen when there is ne queen on the starting position.

It wouldn’t be crazyhouse since you’d need to capture their queen first. It could be bughouse though.

It is possible, yes. However, the personal page of the OP shows that he played Crazyhouse (has a rating there), and does not show Bughouse.
