You get it by getting a discovered checkmate attack after moving the king.

Just do the ladder checkmate and just before the last move, put your king on the same rank as the opposing king. Make sure that the king should not escape during the process. At last, push your king away to deliver the checkmate. This is how I got my Killer King Achievement
