How to I sacrifice?

Relatively new player here! I've been learning a lot over the last few weeks. I enjoy daily games but would like to also improve my rapid game. I've also been doing tactics. the question is how can I force myself to see a sacrifice that would help lead to a win? it has been so reinforced from the beginning to watch autoclicker undefended pieces and to avoid losing material for no see able reason. I've noticed in my tactics training that I have a lot of trouble seeing a sacrifice that would lead to a win. It becomes even harder when the piece in question is a queen.

Any tips?

Yes, analyse. Don't play automatically. 

Well, it's not that you should start a game wishing to sac something for the sake of doing it. It's more like to take advantage of an opportunity sometimes you have to "invest" more than moves and manoeuvers.

So, seek for opportunities. Hanging pieces, overloaded pieces, maybe a lightly protected king... there are plenty.
