How to improve my win rate with the Black pieces

I started playing chess seriously last year. Over slightly more than 1000 rapid games, I've noticed that I have a 59% win rate with the white pieces, and a 45% win rate with the black pieces, resulting in an overall rating of around ~1150 at my current peak. I want to know how to specifically improve my record with black - maybe I tend to blunder more with the black pieces in general than with white, but I feel like that shouldn't be enough of a reason for such a difference between the two.

My openings:

With white: London System and Queen's Gambit (I'm mostly a 1. d4 player)

With black:

Against e4: Caro-Kann

Against d4: Queen's Gambit Declined/Ragozin

Against c4: Reversed Sicilian (1...e5)
