How to rescue elo rating?

Hi advanced players, I could use some advice. For a beginner, these are my stats as of this post:
Puzzle 1551
Daily960 1200
Daily 582
Rapid 394
Blitz 375
Bullet 281

My puzzle score has been slowly but steadily climbing. However, I’m afraid I’ve been more or less stuck with abysmal elo ratings with the other game formats. Any advice on how I can improve my elo rating? I do puzzles everyday and pay attention to errors in my moves both as they’re happening as well as a post-game analysis.

Explain how this happened:

And this:

You saw that the knight was threatening a fork on c2.
You evidently didn't see that it was attacking your queen.

If you notice that positions like this keep happening, you need to consider taking some of the lessons you have paid for. Learning the general principles of how to open a chess game will probably add several hundred points to your ratings.

Thanks, yeah I think I can move pieces around to work the board, but will miss my opponent’s set up. c2 is a common one. Sometimes I play tired too, just because it’s a stress reliever and I enjoy the dynamic of the game, but then it costs me when I can’t focus. I’ll spend more time on studying openings and responding to my opponents. Could bots be an option? I’ll admit, they’re not as fun as human players.

Taking a few weeks to read some basic instruction books will be more time effective than trying to learn by playing other beginners. Concentrate on general opening principles, basic tactics (pins and forks), and basic aspects of positional play (weakness of doubled, isolated pawns).

Also, at your level you should avoid playing bullet and blitz. Give yourself time to think.

I’m your same level but I play only rapid.. I just play bullet or blitz randomly if my friend or classmate or whatever challenges me. Anyways playing rapid for a beginner really helps

Consider watching "Chess Vibes" on YT. It's a very useful channel for beginners like you, and not only for beginners, but for such players as me as well

Your elo will raise at least to 1000 pretty quickly if you watch the channel I mentioned regularly, and learn some things for yourself. You will at least stop hanging your pieces, and you will know what you are doing. Just an advice from more advanced player :-)
