How to write down your moves and calculate side line with annotation OTB

I am trying to analyze my game using the board and writing download each move on a paper I am still new to it. I am doing this cause I am a pen and paper person writing it down helps me remember. My question is that is there any guide on how to write the move correctly what are the annotations on how to write down the sideline like the online analysis?
