I did on the other forum. I'm happy to help people. I'm not happy to repeat myself.
well, you are only 700, so I think it would be best for you to stick with 100-300

This is one example. 13th move you move your knight then get it kicked. It was a miss anyway as the review shows. But the main thing it shows me is that you moved the Knight with no plan for the next moves.
I need some help. I'm aiming to reach 1400 in 2 months. Please help me. Thank you! Very much appreciated!
In that particular position yes that's what I would have done.

Standard advice. Get comfortable with your openings. Blunder check your moves. Develop pieces before going off with your queen. I watched one game where your opponent developed something like 3 pieces while attacking your queen. You fell behind very quickly because you had to keep moving it. Main thing I would say for you is to think about threats. You seem to fly in trying to pull off an attack while basically ignoring your opponents threats. Take your time and think about what your opponent wants.
You also need to work on paying attention to your opponents moves.
You opponent gave you a bunch of Free Stuff and you didn’t Take/Capture it.
For Game Reference:

Move 1 - Your opponent played e5
Nothing is defending Blacks e5 pawn and your Knight on f3 is attacking the e5 pawn.
Its a Free Pawn - Your opponent just gave away a pawn for no reason.
You could just take the pawn with your Knight and retreat your Knight afterward.
You would be winning by 1 pawn at that point.
You missed multiple opportunities to take Free pieces from your opponent during that game.

Work on your tactics. Puzzles will help with this. Also try to start thinking in advance. You seem to move without really considering what your opponent will do. You also seem to miss threats. Try to work on this as you seem to lose pretty even games by missing a mate in 1 threat.
