You don't need a free chess coach, youtube videos are good enough. Any popular channel is good for learning. Make sure to do your puzzles and follow video advice like blunder checks. I got past 200 elo literally 1 month of watching videos later. 1 video every day works

You don't need a coach when you're stuck at 100 Elo. What's the reason you even want a coach, when you barely know how to play chess? Do you need someone to explain the basics of chess to you?

Learn the basics first. The safest environment for kids to learn is at ChessKid, a partner site of chess.com. If you aren't able to get above a 100 Elo by yourself with lessons, YouTube videos and lost of other available resources, then coaching you would be a waste of time for anyone. Don't accept coaching offers before discussing this with your parents.
