Hello Everyone. Chess Is My Favorite Game And If you are like me, you want to improve. Well here are 5 tips for you!
Your style and delivery are pretty good.
However, I think you should be more explicit in addressing your target audience-- people who are just starting to play and are probably not rated above 600 in blitz. They might benefit from the hard-won tips of an 858 rated blitz player.
It seems to me that if your tip is to play some system where you can play the same moves against everything-- i.e., the London System, you should demonstrate it, since your target audience probably doesn't know it already. Pointing to a link isn't the same.
You should also consider taking your tip next tip to heart. Play slower games. It doesn't look like you do this in practice. It looks like you play mostly fast blitz.
Calculating- again, your 600 rated audience can't follow your suggestions because they are likely unfamiliar with chess notation. I think you need to demonstrate the benefit on a display board.
Learn an opening inside out- Again, demonstration would be very helpful. Showing the Dragon Trap, for example, would be a start.
Analyze your games- Again, you have no demonstrations.
You have a nice outline for a talk. You just need to put some meat on the bones.
Good luck!
