In-game timer question

Hi Folks, can anyone explain in the following online match, why does my opponent's clock starts to count up at around move 37? I don't think this is the expected behavior, maybe a bug? Let me know if I'm missing something, new to chess.com over here.. Cheers

The time control was 15|10 which means you start with 15 min and for every move you make 10 sec. Is added to your time. If you move fast then you can add time to your clock.
