Here's a game I played earlier today. It was against a lower-rated player and I won easily, but I thought it gave really helpful insight into sensible placement of pieces.
This one game covers a range of basic concepts like moving minor pieces multiple times, and where your bishops vs. knights should be placed for maximum effect.
