So I’m rated 600 and climbing at a decent rate but I don’t study or do anything like that. Is that bad? Cuz I’ve seen a lot of people saying they study it a lot to get to 600

Fun is the most important thing, elo doesnt matter if you have fun

I honestly am rising a a pretty good pace and I enjoy it, but it just puts more pressure on me if I make a stupid mistake

Playing a lot of games is also a form of study. I don't study the games of the grandmasters or the theoretical openings but i do review my games from time to time especially the ones where i lost the game. You will learn from your mistakes. Just play a lot of games and that is your study.
