You said you reported a bug. I would have just asked Support to give you the award (and included the game.) The way you did it, it probably has to be reviewed by someone to see if there is a bug. They may know there is a bug but it may not be high enough of a priority to get immediate action.
If you really want the award, I would write to Support for their help.
If you do a forum search, you will see that many of the awards are bugged. I think that most probably worked initially but became bugged owing to subsequent site development.
Ive delievered checkmate by a pawn, but did not receive the Award.
Due to that I reported a bug more than 1 week ago but Chess.com Staff aint replying.
Do you suffer the same issue - so its a confirmed bug?
What would you do in my situation: As I claim there are multiple Awards that I think are buggy?
