London system vs Englund

Hi, i have 800 elo and i play london system as a white. A lot of times i struggle a lot against Englund Gambit. Can someone show me how to defend against it by playing london as a white ? Thanks !

Why not just learn how to refute the Englund?

The London is not the best way to do that.
