Massive losing streak

Looks more like a 100 point rating slump but thats common.
Also, if you're peaking at 1420 - thats the best you've ever played. You're likely then being paired up against other more solid 1400s, so they'll naturally be a bit stronger, hence why you've lost a few in a row since peaking. That's also very common. Just keep at it and eventually you'll get stronger and be able to stay up there!

One more thing: are you learning something new at the moment? My rating always goes down when I do. As a negative bonus for good behavior ;-)
Great advice from others. Can you drive? Do you remember learning to drive and the first time you had to make a right hand turn, mirrors, signal, manoeuvre, clutch, gas, and gears, all coordinated, and it seemed impossible yet you could do 2 or three of these together without difficulty. Chess is no different. Tilt is a sign of progress. It may last a few days or a few weeks but it will pass and you will find yourself a strong player when it does. Good advice from @Tumpai, step back and look at the basics, you may have dropped a basic skill that previously came naturally.
So at what point after losing x amount of games should you start questioning whether chess is the game you should be playing?

never. If you really want it ( and invest 90 minutes or something llike that per day in studying), you will improve a lot. Thats a fact.
I think many people are capable of becoming good chess players, maybe not everyone can become a strong player or a GM but everyone can be a good player. However, you have to want to. You need to enjoy the game enough (including the losses) to stick with it. Above all it requires resilience and patience. It can take years to progress to an intermediate level (quicker with the help of a coach). If someone finds this exhausting or boring then maybe chess isn't their game. If they are excited by the idea of improvement, progress, and eventual mastery then chess is the game for them.

why is you playing 3 minet? play 10 minnet, minniminnum

stop playing, my rating just went down some as well. It's just as depressing.
