It’s 1.Bxf6. Threatens Qe5 mate and all the recaptures allow a different mate in one.

You were calling it a ‘troll post’ after you’d been given the solution twice - however I apologize for my choice of words.

It's a typical case where Black is in zugzwang (every move allows mate in one with Black to play), but white has no useful waiting move, either.

As mr. Coleman already said, 1.Bxf6 does the trick- Black can recapture the f6 bishop with 5 different pieces, but all recaptures allow mate in one.
