not able to create custom challenge

I keep trying to create a 30/60 time game but everytime I do it just says searching, when I'm wanting it to be an open challenge, the preset games are 2 short to have anytime to think and deal with my crappy connection always dropping out, I've lost several games now due to running out of time, that I otherwise would have won, went from having 4mins left on 1 turn, then my next turn was down to .18 secs!? very frustrating, is there a way to create the challenge type I stated above? if not that is very much short sighted of the game Creaters since not everyone has a great connection or enjoys being rushed into moving before having time to consider all options. And I don't want to get stuck playing games that give people an entire day to move either.

Since your 30|60 seek is not one of the preset time controls, it will only be accepted if someone is looking at the live seek graph on the website. I would guess that not many members do that. They probably just click “play”. Also, the apps don’t display a live seek graph.

You would be better off selecting 15|10, 30 min, 45|45, or 60 min.
